Long Term Care Pharmacist
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for performing the final review of prescriptions, ensuring what is prescribed aligns with what is being sent out. This position also involves assisting the pharmacy manager in creating schedules and contributing to pharmacy projects as needed. This is a temporary position lasting 12 weeks, requiring flexibility in shift coverage.

Work Environment
The work environment is a closed-door pharmacy setting. The shift typically runs from 9am-6pm, sometimes adjusting to 11am-7:30pm. The role requires at least 4 days of work per week, sometimes 5, and includes weekend coverage once fully trained.
